A huge wave of corporate management change is advancing, like it or not. Much larger than the Iraq swamp we flounder in, the corporate governance mess is going to be a quasi-permanent fixture. There is no way England, or the OECD, is going to duck this scandal-driven tsunami. The keyword is transparency. It is an old concept, ill defined, but the SEC chairman W. Donaldson was, in 1996, head of the Basle committee on "transparency." The collision between business as usual and transparency starts in 2004. It is the head-on impact of "natural rights" thank you John Locke, with "Natural law" thank you James Maxwell will be fireworks. I am prepared. The podium is yours. See you soon.
